One question for beginning to work on what you really want

Amazing waves we have in Rio at the moment

When having a life coaching process, you must achieve absolute clarity about the goal you want to achieve.

How could you know you've reached it otherwise ?

What is it that you want ?

How  / what do you want to feel ?

Unsure ?

Let's play  ;o)

Ask yourself the following simple question. Now.

If I could have absolutely anything that I want without any limitation or risk, what would that be ?

Note down your immediate responses. Maximum 2 answers. Not more !

Now, describe how you feel having them in your life.

Take your time. No rush !

Now, you need to think for a little while:

Chose the first one that you came up with.

What action can you do to move on to the next step ?

When are you doing it ?

How are you doing it ?

Where are you doing it ?

Do you need someone for doing it ? Who ?

Do you need something for doing it ? What ?

And now, you need to put your thoughts into action !

Decide on an action and

Act !

The action can lead you closer to your prime goal,

 or

The action can lead you further away from this prime goal

All is fine.

To move on your chosen path, you acknowledge what you have done and what the results are

Make your choice of moving on the same path to the next chosen step and action

or

Take another path which may lead you closer to your goal

Life coaching is a step by step process.

Again, no rush !

Remember, a journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.

Take that step !
